What our clients have to say

A great dining experience

We had a 3 course lunch with friends at this restaurant. The location is perfect right across from the beach. Service fantastic and ambience great. We sat outside so we had lovely views. The range of menu items was extensive. There was so much choice it was difficult to decide but we eventually did. The shared antipasto platter was huge and delicious. We needed to wait quite a while before tackling mains which was not a problem for the staff. We were just asked to signal when we were ready. Mains were gorgeous. The barramundi was succulent and the fennel salad a great accompaniment. Our friends were equally delighted with the fillet steak and seafood crepe. Again we waited before ordering dessert all of which were thoroughly enjoyed. We all enjoyed a very long lunch with drinks. It was a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. A great dining experience which we will certainly repeat.

Went to this restaurant and no veal scallops left. However chef did them using fillet steak and they were excellent. Would go back.

Loved the whole experience!

I took my family to Café del Pascatore yesterday evening for a three course meal to celebrate 10 years in Australia and I really cannot fault this place at all.
All of us have said that our seafood meals were probably the best we’ve ever tasted…absolutely delicious, and we had a variety between us.
The desserts were simply scrumptious. All the food was perfectly presented with good size portions!

Added to that was the perfect location of the Restaurant, on the sea front with the Indian Ocean in sight. The waitresses were excellent, very courteous, friendly and obliging!
We’re so impressed with this place, will recommend to anyone and will definitely be returning. Thank you Café del Pascatore for a perfect night…great memories :-)

Worth A Visit

Recently visited this restaurant with a group of eight with no expectations. We started with the Pescatore Tasting Plate which I cannot recommend highly enough. It was an excellent selection and an extremely good price. With the main courses there was not one person that did not enjoy their dish or was sorry with their choice. Overall the decor was pleasant, the music wasn’t too loud that you could not have a conversation, the food was excellent, the staff were professional and accommodating and the price was very good. We will definitely be going back and I highly recommend Cafe del Pescatore.

A Lovely Late Lunch

Enjoyed a lovely late lunch at Cafe del Pescatore with the stunning Scarborough Beach as a backdrop.

For starters I had Chilli Mussels served in traditional Napolitano Sauce [hot], followed by Ocean Reef [swapped steamed veggies with a garden salad] then a yummy warm Chocolate Brownie [swapped fresh whipped cream with a scoop of vanilla icecream]. Yes, I had food coma

Highly recommend an outting with your friends and family or even by yourself.

Great service from both Valentina and Autumn.

Really good! Worth a return trip.

7 of us went for a Friday afternoon leisurely lunch. The Chef has changed since our last visit and the food was delicious! We had shared antipesto plates to begin and everyone was raving about the Bruchetta topping being the best ever eaten. Great variety of fresh seafood, very delicious, Staff were attentive, Manager very friendly and kept his eye on what the wait staff were doing, and also attended to tables himself. My three of us had the Barramundi for main, which was cooked beautifully and to perfection. I had complete food envy when one of the others had the seafood open top pie OMG!! that looked DIVINE! We were all extremely happy with our meals, not one complaint and 7 plates left clean as a whistle which speaks for itself.

I’ve eaten here before and was not overly enamoured last visit, but this time – WOW! I will DEFINITELY be going back. I thought it was good value and very comparable with the cost the majority of other restaurants around town. Thought it was a fair price for a good meal. Recommend you try!

Perth Food Lover

Today my husband and I went to this lovely restaurant for lunch. The food is absolutely amazing. Make sure that you’ve really starved yourself before coming to eat here. We shared the antipasto platter which was massive and would have been enough for I think even four people to share. Then we had grilled Barramundi with Prawns and Scallops and salad, then sweets and wine and coffee. OMG. We were both soo full we just about rolled out of the restaurant. The service was fantastic. Happy, smiling staff , which is a rarity to see . Because I can’t eat chocolate they offered a tasting of an ice cream with cognac and cherry. Yumm. Yes I did have this for my sweets. Café del Pescatore is across the road from the beach. Sitting outside under the shade of the awnings and water spraying fans it was lovely, even if it was 35 degrees, it didn’t feel like it. We felt like we were in Europe watching the passing parade and thoroughly enjoying ourselves. Please do try Café del Pescatore, you’ll love it.

The Best Seafood Meal

We went to this café yesterday. I had asked for a nice table as it was our Anniversary.
Well low & behold we had the best table reserved for us, right in the door way of the restraint that leads out to the tables at the front.

The meal was “OMG” – Entrée was a very large proportion’s. My wife had a different choice than me & both where “out of this world” – Mains – again we had different choices & again where “to die for”. We then shared Dessert as we to full to one each, again top class.

Service was excellent.A very big list of wines is held. So as you can see we had a fabulous Anniversary meal.

Had a good dinner. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely go back!

Everything was fantastic, the staff catered for all of our needs, especially when we wanted to move out of the sun. We also appreciated the complimentary mothers day champagne!
